Distribution Manager

We are looking for a reliable Distribution Manager to be responsible for the overall supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

Medical Representative

Job Profile :

• Degree in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacy, microbiology, or an adjacent field is preferred.
• 1 or more years of experience as medical representative.
• Formal training in marketing, aales, or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative or similar.
• Proven record of leading sales campaigns and facilitating profitability.
• Expert knowledge of prevailing health issues and fads.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Goal-oriented, committed, and relentless approach to work.
• Interested in understanding and sharing medical innovations.

Responsibilities :

• Studying each of our drugs to ensure expert knowledge thereof.
• Communicating with extant and budding clients to maintain these working relationships.
• Informing clients about the dosage, benefits, side effects, and contraindications attached to each drug.
• Selling items to medical professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies based on their needs.
• Walking clients through the results of our clinical trials to further encourage sales.
• Delivering samples to entities who are serious about purchasing our drugs.
• Analyzing competitors performance to safeguard and further promote our position in the market.
• Conducting regular self-evaluations to ensure that you always meet sales targets.
• Attending training workshops and congresses to remain up-to-date with standards and developments in the industry.

Area Sales Manager

Job Profile:

• Young pharma professionals with 2-4 years managerial experience in ethical marketing  or  recently retired (2022/2023), physically fit, ex-Area Managers. 
• Ability to avail 15 to 18-day field tours in every month.  Strong rapport with ENT specialists; additional exposure to the Orthopaedic segment is advantageous. 
• Experience in CRM activities in enhancing productivity rapidly.  With a strong urge  to get promoted to 2nd line Manager within shortest possible time.

 Responsibilities:

• Launch the company.
• Appoint C& F and stockists strategically in multiple HQs across India.
• Help company to recruit 6 months to 1-year experienced MRs who worked with ENT doctors within shortest possible time.
